Oline Construction is proud to announce our expansion into the Northeast region as we continue to grow nationally. This strategic move is supported by the addition of four exceptional team members who bring leadership, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to excellence in construction.

A licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in land development and construction management, Nick will lead our national engineering strategy. He is responsible for coordinating our Value Management Team and guiding the implementation of our Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) initiatives across all markets. With a strong foundation in civil and surveying engineering, Nick’s work has helped streamline preconstruction processes, reduce site costs, and optimize project outcomes.

With over 25 years of experience in commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure construction, Tom brings deep regional knowledge and operational leadership to our Northeast operations. His background includes managing large-scale distribution centers, public park systems, and urban redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. A Certified Tilt-Up Technician, Tom is known for his ability to lead diverse project teams, mitigate risk, and deliver quality results from concept through completion. His hands-on approach and commitment to team development make him an ideal fit for Oline’s expanding presence in the Northeast.

A U.S. Army Cavalry Scout and decorated veteran of the Afghanistan Campaign, RJ brings a unique blend of discipline, integrity, and field leadership to our projects. He has managed industrial, high-profile multifamily and mixed-use developments across New Jersey and has a proven track record in delivering complex builds with precision. His military experience, conducting over 75 combat missions, instills the focus and accountability that defines our job site culture.

With over 20 years of experience in construction office operations, project accounting, and client service, Dee plays a vital role in bridging field operations, administrative systems, and executive support. Her financial oversight, business systems knowledge, and on-the-ground coordination make her an invaluable asset to our growing national team. A longtime college instructor in computer science and a passionate community supporter, she remains actively involved with Beat the Streets and other nonprofit efforts aligned with Oline’s core values.
