Nick Murray

Nick Murray brings over a decade of experience in civil engineering, land development, and construction management to Oline Construction. As a licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Nick leads Oline’s Site Engineering efforts with a deep understanding of topographic analysis, site optimization, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Oline, Nick held leadership roles at Alston Construction, Casey & Keller, and Bowman Consulting, delivering cost-effective site solutions on projects across United States with a focus on value engineering, earthwork, and stormwater management.

Nick earned a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Surveying Engineering Technology from NJIT. He brings strong technical expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Agtek, and Hydroflow, and is recognized for translating design intent into practical, buildable, and cost-efficient solutions.
